Working Closely

Recently, we have been working closely with Rob from The Scratched Glass Specialists along with his other ever-growing list of businesses.

Rob was fed up with design companies at one stage because all contact was made via email which he found to be slow and ineffective when it came to explaining exactly what he wanted, Rob said he was constantly being delivered work that just wasn’t up to his standard or he was being ripped off. Fussy? Yes, but who can blame him, his businesses are his pride and joy and I think we’d all be the same in that respect. 6 months later Rob found us and asked if it would be possible to physically sit with us while we designed everything he needed as he believed this would be the only way to get what he wanted. We whole-heartedly agreed to Rob’s request and we both couldn’t be happier. Within 3 days Rob had a completed logo, business cards, 2 sets of flyers, letterheads, email signatures and even a concept for a website was underway for 2 businesses!

Rob sat with us and advised us of exactly what he wanted and we could make the appropriate changes right there in front of his eyes. Rob says “I am now finally ready to do business”.

We are over the moon that we were able to finally give Rob exactly what he wanted for his business and we will definitely be working with him in the near future and we can’t wait.

So after heaps of time and money lost on other web and graphic designers, Rob was finally happy and so were we.

The lesson?
Feel free to use another design company. If they fail, come to us.
We know you’ll be happy 🙂

P.S – We know it’s not always possible to meet in person to have your work done but either way, our clients are our main focus and we believe award winning communication is the number 1 rule to great client relationships whether it be via email, phone, in person or even carrier pigeon!
